About Me

Special Education Teacher was my career for 41 years, but writing has always been at the heart of everything.  I am now a professor at Welch College in the field of Teacher Education.  

I have been a ghost writer on a music celebrity's book and co-writer on another music celebrity's autobiography.  I have written publicity articles and bio information for music artists for many years. I am blessed to write a feature article for the Singing News Magazine each month for their "Faith Country" division.  Living in the Nashville area has provided many opportunities to write, for which I am blessed.  

Now it is time to publish my own writing.  New books will be released here first!

Watch for a new release coming soon titled Breaking the Sound Barrier, a humorous, endearing, inspirational story about my deaf high school student and his amazing football coach who allowed him to fulfill his dream of playing football on the all hearing high school team and how it changed an entire community.
